We would like to inform you about updates to the transportation conditions for export shipments routed via the UPS partner network. These changes have been introduced in accordance with the updated SENT declaration rules (Electronic Transport Control System) and UPS carrier requirements.
Changes coming into effect:
A maximum weight limit is being introduced for shipments containing goods from the following categories:
Commodity groups: 61, 62, 63, 64 (apparel, footwear, textile products, and similar goods).
Weight limit: The maximum weight of a single shipment for the specified commodity groups must not exceed 31.5 kg.
Please note: This restriction applies to shipments routed via UPS. Exceptions include shipments destined for the USA, Moldova, and Romania.
Recommendations:
Please take this limitation into account when arranging export shipments containing the specified commodity groups to ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery.
In case shipments from these categories exceed the weight limit, the Company will be forced to return them to the sender from the warehouse in Ukraine at the sender’s expense.
Currently, if such shipments are identified, you will be offered alternative delivery options (for example, splitting the shipment).
We are working on the prompt implementation of system restrictions to automatically sort such shipments at the initial stage.
