Starting from September 25, the national postal service Canada Post has initiated an indefinite strike affecting parcel deliveries to Canada.
Our delivery partner uses Canada Post for the “last mile” stage in certain provinces, which means deliveries in specific areas are temporarily unavailable.
If your shipment is affected, you can choose one of the following options:
1️⃣ Wait until postal operations resume.
2️⃣ Request a return of your parcel (at Nova Global’s expense).
